The company currently processing around 30.000 MT annually of tuna raw material (caught in Indonesia Sea Territory of FAO 57 and FAO 71), with markets such as Europe, Asia, Middle East and other countries in America.

The company has been in the tuna industry since 2009. We are currently processing around 30.000 MT annually of tuna raw material (caught in Indonesia Sea Territory of FAO 57 and FAO 71), and looking forward to expand our capacity gradually, without putting aside the environment friendly and sustainability priority.

Our markets are currently Europe, Asia, Middle East and other countries in America.


Process


Receiving

Tuna fish received in frozen and/or fresh from the vessels and cold storages.

Thawing

The frozen Tuna fish received will go to the Thawing process.

Butchering

We follow the HACCP procedure to do butchering before steaming. We take out the gut out before going into the steamer.

Racking

After the thawing process, we put all the fish on the rack in sequence for better heat distribution in the steamer.

Steaming

The thawed Tuna fish will be steamed in a specific high temperature.

Cooling

After the Tuna fish steamed in a specific time-period, they will be sent to the cooling area.

Skinning

The precooked and cooled Tuna fish will undergo the skinning and cleaning process.

Cleaning

The precooked and cooled Tuna fish will undergo the skinning and cleaning process.

Packaging

The precooked Tuna loins is packed in a plastic bag at specific weight, thouroughly controlled by our QC team. The Tuna loins in the plastic bag will be sent to our ABF rooms and stored in our cold storages to ensure the best quality of our products.

Vacuum Sealing

To minimize any possible contamination and chemical reaction with the oxygen, etc. we do the vacuum sealing on all loin bags.

Metal Detection

We have installed a thoroughly sensitive machine to detect any possible contamination of metals inside the loin bags.

Shrinking

The loin bag will go through the shrinking process to make sure there is minimum air trapped in the loin bags.

Freezing

After all processed done, the loin bags will go through our ABF and Semi Contact freezer to achieve highest product temperature at -18 Celcius.

Cold Storage

Once all products frozen, we will transfer them to our cold storage and we will maintain the product temperature at -18 down to -20 Celcius.

Loading Process

The products are loaded to the 40-ft containers and ready to be delivered to our worldwide customers.
